By ordering goods from this website you are deemed to have understood and accepted our terms and conditions. We regularly update our website with stock availability however at times an item may be out of stock. We will contact you as soon as possible either by telephone or email to make you aware of the situation. No money will be taken until we are sure we have the goods and they are ready for dispatch.

We will cancel any order if fraud is suspected.

We endeavour to dispatch goods within 24 hours of your order, subject to payment. Any orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day by first class post wherever possible.

Lost Parcels

We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, within 16 working days. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days and only if the parcel is deemed to be lost in transit.


We accept most credit and debit cards as shown on our website.

All card payments are checked for validation and authorisation by the card issuer. We are not liable if the card issuer declines to authorize the payment.

Goods ordered will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

We will contact you via email should there be a problem with your payment.

The transferring of credit and debit card details will be at the buyers’ risk.


Our standard delivery option is first or second class UK postage. First class often arrives next day but is not guaranteed. For guaranteed next day delivery, we can dispatch by special next day delivery if chosen on the delivery options, please note this is working days only, so if you order on a Friday Next day delivery means Monday. Also Next Day Delivery orders need to be made by 1pm to ensure dispatch for that day and delivery for the next working day.

European orders and international orders can be shipped at the current shipping rates as shown at the checkout. If the actual postage cost exceeds this amount, we reserve the right to request extra payment. We will contact you by email should this happen before dispatching your order.


Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations consumers have the right to cancel the order within 7 working days after you have received the goods.

We are happy to offer a full refund if goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery, in perfect condition, in the original packaging, with all tags still in place and intact, the clothes have not to be worn or washed and are odour free. We regret we are not able to refund postage. Please let us know by email or telephone beforehand if you intend to return an item.

Any goods received that are faulty or portrayed incorrectly please inform us immediately by email, within 24 hours and return the item to us with a note explaining the reason for the return.

Items returned that are faulty or portrayed incorrectly will receive a full refund including postage.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the returned goods arrive to us safely and undamaged, we would strongly advise using recorded delivery. Postage is paid by the buyer, unless faulty.

No refunds will be given under any conditions after 28 days.

It is essential that washing instructions are followed correctly.

Your statutory rights will not be affected.


Your privacy is of concern to us and any information you provide us with is purely for processing your order and in accordance to the Data Protection Act of 1998. We do not pass on any of your details to any third parties.

All goods have been described by Hunters Gin. We have depicted the goods as accurately as possible, however slight differences may occur and colour representation could differ marginally.
